A major UK law firm has just put hard numbers on what we have said about Celtic Park.
@AGinsight new report on stadium economics: two-thirds of fans still attend live, and the best-run clubs now earn up to 76% of their commercial revenue from non-matchday use of the ground. Matchday income has grown around 45% at leading clubs through premium and design, not by adding seats.
A modern stadium is a year-round revenue engine, not 19 home games. Celtic Park has had no major investment since the 1990s.
That is not a broadcast problem. It is a board choice.

Another i just can’t stop watching 😎🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 This is a moment that will still be looked back on forever now.
Paradise was immense that day and so noisy, best day in Paradise i have had. HH
Missing!
Stephen is missing in Glasgow. He is very vulnerable and confused, he’s dressed all in black, has a beard and the initials SC tattooed on his neck. He was with a guy dressed all in blue. If anyone sees him, please contact 101.

On this day in 1967, Celtic won the European Cup in Lisbon.
12 men born within 30 miles of Celtic Park defeated Helenio Herrera’s Inter Milan to become the first non-Latin team to win the trophy.
The greatest achievement by a Scottish club. Immortal 🏆
I’m old enough to remember season 2002-03, when Rangers won the title on goal difference on the last day of the season.
Rangers received an outrageous number of penalties that season and Barry Ferguson scored about 20 goals, most of them from the spot.
In one match at Dens Park, where they drew 3-3, Rangers were given three penalties. In one match.
On the final day of the season at Ibrox, Dunfermline were their opponents, and their manager, Jimmy Calderwood, who’d been promised a gig at Ibrox by David Murray if he did well at East End Park, said they were only there for the party and lost 6-0, meaning Rangers won the title by one goal.
Celtic fans were howling about conspiracies all season, but no one took them seriously. The difference now is, there are deranged Hun losers like Kris Boyd and Ally McCoist working for English broadcasters covering the game, and they’re being allowed to spew and amplify all sorts of conspiracy bullshit unchallenged.
Sky, and Premier Sports, and anyone else employing loons like these need to rein them in. They’re not pundits. They’re paid Ibrox cheerleaders.
Interesting reading. Since the inception of VAR no two teams have benefited more from VAR than... Rangers and Hearts. Some conspiracy from the sour grapes sister. Facts over feelings boys
We know boycotts are difficult and deeply emotive for Celtic fans. But if you want positive change at the Club, this action is now necessary.
Join us in sending a clear message to Michael Nicholson and the board - your time is up.
Another transfer window. Another failure.
A major rebuild is required in the summer, and allowing Michael Nicholson to oversee that would be beyond negligent.
