We just need a replacement @Dyson diffuser to replace the broken one. Dyson customer service used to be good, as you’d expect for a company charging over £300 for a hair dryer. But now it’s awful. Will a plea on Twitter help?

On my wife’s @dyson hair dryer the diffuser is broken. It was bought via @AmazonUK as a birthday gift. She’s been on the phone all weekend trying to get it replaced but been fobbed off, cut off, disconnected and disrespected by the call centre.
