@MarshaCollier@RoyAtkinson I really need to make more of an effort to be here every Tuesday (like the good ole days) #custserv I always enjoy the convos
@MarshaCollier@RoyAtkinson I am in total agreement. My only point to stress is they can get unfiltered view without actually doing the support themselves. JUst listen and see exactly what the customer experiences normally through #custserv
@RoyAtkinson@MarshaCollier Nothing wrong with learning at all....if they can deliver service on-par with #custserv pros...and they can afford to take the time to upskill and maintain job knowledge.
@MarshaCollier It's the same in 1 critical regard. A CEO is not a #custserv professional trained in corporate guidelines and procedures. It is highly unlikely he/she can outperform an actual CS rep. Just like the coach.
@RoyAtkinson Certainly not fools to do #custserv but I question whether they have the right team supporting them and whether they are spending their time appropriately.
@amoyal Come on people...#custserv is NOT a prerequisite to the C-Suite unless you are a member of the custserv division. We don't assume all execs can do accounting.
@MarshaCollier To be fair, any Sr Exec that can't figure a better way to hear feedback (especially through a call center) than taking calls needs a better VP of CS
