@wizzair explain how it’s acceptable to charge for a flight to Madrid at 8am, only to fly the plane they are booked on to Seville and back at 6am causing huge delays to their day. This flight isn’t delayed, it was never planned to fly was it. Leaving passengers stuck for hours
@greateranglia any reason the 7.21 from Hertford East just left 3 mins early leaving passengers stranded who arrived before the departure time with the next train cancelled already?
@British_Airways Refuse a refund for a voucher for a cancelled flight as covid hit and I was not legally allowed to travel, make your flights massively overpriced for what I hear is an awful service now, and then cancel most of them anyway… class act
@British_Airways requested a refund for an evoucher I received for a cancelled flight. Have been told it can't be refunded. Need this to be rectified but no way of contacting anyone to do so. Can you please advise
@British_Airways Yes I did this. Worked through a terrible automated system, was told an ‘agent’ would be connected and am still waiting for that. Been a 49 hour wait so far.
