Why is the 07:01 CMB to KGX so unreliable? It's late more than 50% of the time, cancelled often due to faults and today we get 4 carriages instead of 8.

@virginmedia I'm also unhappy with the amount of information I'm being asked to send by email to verify who I am. They're exactly the sort of details a scammer spoofing your email address would ask for.

What on Earth are your diagnostics for @virginmedia , if they can't detect that my connection is a complete mess?! It's been like this for two days, and I have to wait until Thursday for an engineer... who will fiddle with the cables and tell me there's nothing they can do.
