Hey @CityWestminster - my flat sale is about to fall through because no one from lessee services will give us the correct figures on major works due. We've been chasing for months. Does the department even exist...?

@CityWestminster @wcchousing We are STILL waiting for accurate and detailed figures. But it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone, or get anyone to call me back. The deal is falling apart and it's the council's fault. I am VERY stressed and unhappy.

@CityWestminster @wcchousing We need the precise and detailed breakdown of upcoming major works. They gave us a massively incorrect figure before Christmas, which they have now admitted was a mistake. But it was enough to freak out the buyer.
