@knowledge_vital @carlquintanilla That’s inaccurate. Deficits shrank from 1992 until they became a surplus in 1998 and stayed a surplus for 4 years. And in the 90s you didn’t have to show revenue at all to be highly valued. And earnings stagnated a bit from 96 onwards until 2004.
