Puka Nacua’s ex-gf Hallie Aiono has made new comments about their relationship on TikTok.

She said she went from loving someone “so deeply” to experiencing what she described as “extreme betrayal, abuse, [and] complete neglect.”

She added that what happened privately — things the public “never saw” — is what “broke” her.

Aiono did NOT make a specific allegation against Nacua in the video.

But the timing is notable with Nacua already facing a civil lawsuit alleging assault and battery.

The Rams open the season Sept. 10 against the 49ers in Australia.
