Today, I had the honor of joining @LegalPracticeRW in the 14th Graduation ceremony of students who completed their studies at ILPD.
The Rector of ILPD, Dr. Muyoboke Kalimunda Aimé, congratulated the graduates and urged them to contribute to building the justice system that is needed.
