@NorthsideHosp Can someone let me know how to reach business office? Telephone system repeatedly drops calls after more than 20 minutes on hols. We overpaid NSH for service on 2/23/26 and are owed a refund An earlier call on 3/25 acknowledged the positive balance and promised a check.

@USAA has apparently lost their way assuring customer service is tops in their industry under their new CEO. As a 50 year customer I am now so frustrated that I am ready to reconsider moving all of my insurance coverage.

@UPS missed delivery at 9:40 PM but I was right here at home,my door camera had 0 visitors and no notice was left. This is a redelivery because the first was delivered somewhere but not to me.Could you be delivering to the wrong address twice? How do I check the address you have?

@googlepay Do you track fraud complaints about websites/businesses using Google Pay services?I made a purchase assuming a site accepting Google Pay was legit. it is clearly not. Have reported to CC company but wouldn't have made purchase without GP to protect my actual CC number

@ShopifySupport How do I report a retail website using their relationship with you (listed on SHOP app) and repeatedly failing to deliver while fraudulently claiming delivery? It misleads "customers" and helps reassure them.

Beware of @PreFlightATL Good facility but unreliable website and poor response to customer complaints when system creates and charges for duplicate reservations.

Avoid @OptumRx - has significant admin problems handling prescriptions.They failed to apply copay card & when notified promised to fix it but now are 3x longer than promised & still no resolution or feedback. Can't contact dept handling.Reps are apologetic but helpless.

@copartdirect is incredibly irresponsible managing car titles of contributions to @kars4kids. Be careful doing business with them.

@Kars4Kids seems like a nice charity but their admin staff seems to be incredibly incompetent. Find somewhere else to donate your used car.

@OptumRx continues to get worse and worse. The delivery service is unreliable and the phone support staff that you contact to fix the problem doesn't understand their own system. Orders get cancelled by mistake & then there is no flexibility on subsequent delivery.

Beware @HawxPest service. They are right on time for billing & quarterly spraying but when you discover a hornet's nest next to your front door you have to wait a week to get a tech to treat it.Their appt system does not allow prioritization of appts.I guess its back to @Terminix
