Had a driver run the same scam on me, and it was a canceled ride. These fools at Lyft can't even put the fact that they charged a cancellation fee and then a cleaning fee two days later, nothing but a bunch of AI nonsense for a response from them. Maybe time to short what's left of their stock.

Then I get charged a $5.00 cancelation fee, and two days later they try to charge me a $150.00 damage fee what is happening to your company I have been a loyal customer for years and to be treated this way and have no way to even speak to someone is crazy.
