High-carb diet? GTFO. They ran it for 4 weeks and saw some biomarker improvements. Great. You can improve biomarkers in the short term with all kinds of things. The question is what happens over years, not weeks. A high-sugar diet with little exercise is not a longevity strategy.
You found what interesting? Ie: ways to waste research time?
@DrAngieStones1 “Age slower?” Nice goal, but that is not the goal at all, in my opinion. The goal is immortality. Anything short of that is just a longer story with the same shitty ending: death.
@benjamincowen@MattMorseTV Iran’s government chose this path. War is messy and civilians suffer—that’s reality. But ignoring a regime with weapons-grade uranium isn’t an option. This is a choice, and the consequences only grow the longer it’s avoided.
lol I mean if David Sinclair is right, teeth aren’t some unsolvable edge case—we’re already working the solution from two sides
aging reversal handles the biology (healthier gums, stronger internal tissue), and regenerative dentistry is tackling the hard part like enamel and structural repair
so it’s not “we get younger but teeth are screwed”—it’s more like teeth just need a little assist from tech while the rest of the body catches up 😄
