@ClydeDoSomethin The survey is from RepTrak Company, which is based in Boston. It's been around more than 25 years. Canada's tied with Switzerland, so, yeah, there might be a tiny bit of spin there.
@ThePholosopherX Ah, but the economic pie is limited. That's the nature of pies, metaphorical or otherwise.
If the pie were infinitely large, it would be impossible to divide it.
@MAGAMichelleS69 No one said Trump was sleeping all day. On the other hand, pulling out a clip where he's awake is hardly the massive own you think it is.
@ThePholosopherX The problem with the first woman's statement is that smart and greedy aren't mutually exclusive. The problem with the second woman's statement is that it doesn't necessarily apply to billionaires.
@Matt_Hott_66@Marxisteddybear@dastardlyone2b@BasedMikeLee Another problem: there's no engagement with the study article--no evidence that the student has read it. This is a problem instructors often encounter: the writer uses a single aspect of the article as a springboard for giving their own opinions. That's not the assignment.
@Matt_Hott_66@Marxisteddybear@dastardlyone2b@BasedMikeLee It doesn't use empirical evidence, so that's a huge huge prooblem. I think it's dumb to ask for a "reaction" to a paper, since reactions aren't "thoughtful". Responses generally are.
