Tipper was immediately behind him; she approached me, flashed a big smile, and shaked my hand. Weeks later, I enthusiastically cast my 1st presidential vote for Clinton. He understood what was going on in America. He connected. He listened. He was the real deal. (5/6)

My deltoids and quadriceps are sore tonight ➡️ enhanced oxidation of fatty acids in the resting state 🟰 increased energy ⚡️expenditure 🟰 “after burn 🔥” effect ➡️ gradual & sustained weight loss. All during rest & recovery. 💪🏼
