Recall BP signed a guilty plea agreement, was convicted of the 2010 fraud, and paid the largest fines in history in 2012. After conviction, the IRS should have reviewed BPs 2010 tax return and clawed back $12.9 billion illegal deduction. My case in DC Tax Court has been running 8 years with final filings due in January. Lacey vs Commissioner 9761-16W. $4 billion for the US Treasury! Contact me any time 239-849-1467.

Secretary Bessent, You’re extremely busy, but the clock is running on my $12.9 billion BP tax case. The IRS Commissioner, who reports to you, has allowed BP to keep $4 billion in tax savings from what Congress and the Courts have determined was a fraud. I’m ready to meet with DOGE or the IRS at any time. The case in Washington DC Tax Court is Docket Number 9761-16W Lacey versus Commissioner @DOGE_TREAS@DOGE_IRS
@elonmusk@DOGE Come on in, DOGE! I’ve identified $4 billion in fraud at the IRS. This could be the single biggest theft from our Treasury and it was done by a foreign criminal corporation. The Court case is active and I’m not an attorney. Help me, DOGE! #DOGE_TREAS#DOGE
Dear DOGE & Secretary Bessent, Let me help you recover $4 billion stolen from the US Treasury by the world’s worst corporate criminal. We all remember the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster that killed 11 Americans and nearly destroyed the Gulf of America with the largest oil spill in history. Few recall BP pumped 2 million gallons of toxic dispersants into the Gulf as part of a $12.9 billion fraudulent cleanup in a failed attempt to hide the oil and avoid $43 billion in Clean Water Act fines. Two years later BP plead guilty to the fraud but never reversed the associated tax deduction. When it became clear the IRS was not going to deny the deduction and claw back the $4 billion tax saving, I blew the whistle as a BP insider and have been fighting in Tax Court ever since. Secretary Bessent, Help me recover $4 billion stolen from the US Treasury. #DOGE_TREAS

The case is still being fought in DC Tax Court. BP does not deny the fraud or that $12.9 billion deducted as cleanup expense was actually spent on its illegal coverup. The IRS stands alone in defense of the world’s worst corporate criminal. Help me DOGE! #DOGE #DOGE_TREAS

I fully expect to win the case and become one of President Trump’s top ten contributors.
However, the IRS Commissioner has been stalling for 7 years and I’m not getting younger. Please, give him a push! Thanks @POTUS@DOGE@DOGE_TREAS@DOGE_IRS
$4 BILLION PHONE CALL! Secretary Bessent can tell his IRS Commissioner to order the denial of BP’s fraudulent $12.9 billion deduction and the claw back of $4 billion in tax for the US Treasury. The details reside in the 7-year-old case of Richard E. Lacey, II versus Commissioner of IRS (DC Tax Court Docket 9761-16W). BP’s guilty plea agreement precludes it from contesting the tax. This is the final piece of an attempted $43 billion fraud exposed by Senator Markey in 2012. @DOGE@DOGE_TREAS@DOGE_IRS
Secretary Bessent, Your IRS Commissioner heads the only department with authority to do so that refuses to punish BP for crimes associated with the Gulf of America oil spill. BP pled guilty and is ready to repay $4 billion in illegal tax savings. DC Tax Court Docket 9761-16W. @DOGE_TREAS
Why is the IRS Commissioner fighting to allow BP Oil to keep $4 billion in tax savings generated by its fraudulent $12.9 billion deduction?
Congress had not yet exposed the fraud when BP took the deduction on its 2010 tax return. BP didn’t admit the fraud and sign its guilty plea agreement until late in 2012. I waited three more years for IRS to deny the deductions and claw back the tax savings before filing my Whistleblower complaint.
BP tax returns are continuously audited by the IRS. Is it as simple as IRS auditors not wanting to admit they missed it? Did the auditors fall for the BP media campaign designed by Washington lobbying firms to lead the entire nation to accept that BP made its best effort to clean up its mess and had nothing but our nation’s best interest in its heart of gold? Or is it because those auditors were in bed with BP?
Is it fraud and abuse? Is it pride? Incompetence? Don’t they care?
To paraphrase Elon, we need competence and caring at the IRS.
After fighting for seven years, I’m convinced we won’t know the answers until DOGE gets involved.

Trump has already answered more questions than did Biden in four years including the inappropriate question you cite. Trump is correct to point out anti-American news organizations pursuing their agenda and disrespecting the Oval Office guest by ignoring the purpose of the news conference in an obvious attempt to gather ammunition for fake news reporting. Truth! Learn to handle it.
If tariffs were paid by our consumers and caused their prices to rise why would Canada respond by raising their tariffs and punishing their own consumers? Why are companies moving back to avoid tariffs paid by consumers? Trump is correct! When this plays out, the price level will fall!

@jondelarroz@elonmusk Prior to 2005, news organizations reported news accurately. During coverage of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans they began reporting what they determined was the best story even though events they described weren’t happening. They got away with it and fake news was born.
Reciprocal Tariffs reduce prices and inflation. When we tariff trading partners at the same rate they tariff us, they respond by cutting tariffs. Because they export more to us than we do to them, they’d pay more in tariffs. Therefore, reducing or eliminating tariffs will save them more.
@JDVance Before it began we knew how the war ends. Russia gets the Black Sea coast from Crimea to its border and Ukraine can’t join NATO. Russia needs a warm-water port and can’t have missiles on its border. It’s worth WWIII to Putin but not to us.
