We have a water outage in Kelvin Drive, Moningside (nos 126 & 128 at least) since this morning. Jhb Water confirmed that they were aware of it when I phoned 011 688 1699 at 10:04, and said to watch social media for updates, where there have been zero. Any update, pls?

@RobertMulaudzi The news is full of claims about a "Jukskei River tragedy" where 14 people drowned when caught in a flash flood during a baptism. As I understand it, this was NOT in the Jukskei, but in the adjacent Sandspruit.

@DefenceHQ Ministry, do you think you could always display the same map area with the same dimensions and scale, to make it easier to overlay each next day on the previous? As it is, it jumps from day to day, making comparisons difficult. Thanks.
So-called Uber "Support" (@Uber_Support) appears to be designed specifically to NOT support their customers! They do their best to misdirect one and avoid resolving issues. Punish them by NOT supporting Uber!
Uber's so-called "support" seems to be staffed by the greatest incompetents on the planet.
Does Uber send their support people on Customer Disappointment Training?
I find it difficult to believe they could achieve such consistency through natural lack of ability alone.

@andrew_anagnost Please, please, could we have clarity on the EMEA reseller issue? It is going to hurt Autodesk sales here as you lose your resellers. We love Autodesk products but we can't sell them for no profit! Please help!
