@StephanieJ_DC @Teri_Kanefield Things changed with the 6-3 court. Their goal orientation is demonstrated in multiple cases including Dobbs, gun cases, etc. We'll see in time whether this bleeds over to DJT's benefit. They seem to be playing his delay game. Luttig seems pretty upset.
