Can you imagine buying @ManoloBlahnik heels for a wedding day from @neimanmarcus and the strap breaks 1 hour of wearing them!? Having to hobble around the entire day and now Neimans wont accept return because they are "worn"!? I feel robbed of the "best day of my life" and $!

Has anyone else been sold luxury shoes from @neimanmarcus that broke after 1 use? Are they selling defective items?

@neimanmarcus You stole from me! You are saying you cant accept my return because I wore the shoe. Yes I was wearing a shoe at wedding and the ankle strap broke, after 1 hour! Shoes dont break after wearing them for 1 hour!

I paid over $1,000+ for shoes from @NeimanMarcus to wear to a destination wedding. The strap broke the very first time I wore them, forcing me to spend the night in a broken shoe.

Now they are refusing to refund or replace a clearly defective product.
