@rjward1775 @Oilfield_Rando I can't speak for folks in the other agencies, but the first termination I went through on Feb 14th was based on lies of poor performance, 1000 NPS workers including me were cut that way. They lied about it to do it quick but should have done a RIF.

I accepted the closest one a few weeks ago
