I had a pretty good day at the plate. I went 6 for 11 and got walked twice. I had 1 ball hit to me in centerfield all day. <<<sigh>>>

I went 5 for 9 yesterday in bracket play in the DC Elite Garnet and Gold tournament in Tallahassee, FL. My Home -to-1B times were between 2.82 and 2.89 (from first step to first base) on my infield hits.

I was able to get a lead-off hit today in the last inning of our game against GAP '09-Major. My coach sent me to try to stretch a single into a double and I used my speed to score the tying run two batters later.

I went 3 for 6 yesterday with a walk at the PGF Battle on the Diamonds, pushing my season average to .452 in 42 at bats.

Here is one of my QAB's where I battled with Rogue FC's ace in bracket play. She had me on a change up low in the zone but I used some creative bat work to put it in play.
