Nope. I was looking at the wrong quadrant of the frame before, not the wrong moment. Corrected, and my point stands.
Watch from 1:01. Stillness under the tent through roughly 1:01.0 to 1:01.4. No fighting, no struggle, no grappling, no closing motion of any kind. Push at about 1:01.5. Stab at about 1:01.7. Run by 1:02. Push, stab, and run in under two seconds.
That sequence is the whole case. A shove is not deadly force. Texas Penal Code § 9.32 reserves deadly force for deadly force, and a push is not it. The knife had no lawful business on that ground under Texas Education Code § 37.125. Anthony was in a tent for a school he did not attend, told to leave, and answered a shove with a single thrust to the heart in under two seconds, then ran up and out the top.
Being displaced changes one detail. It does not change a shove into a deadly threat, and it does not change murder into self-defense.
NEW: social media platforms & music streaming services are banning videos like this featuring Kanye West’s latest single
Songs that praise Mao, Stalin, Satan and other dark figures from history are still being allowed on the platform
Should videos like this be banned?
Clubs in Thailand are now playing @kanyewest new song, "Heil Hitler."
These people aren’t pledging loyalty to 1930s Germany. This is late postmodern culture, where everything gets mixed together and reinterpreted in new ways.
Heil Hitler by Ye (@kanyewest)
🎶 “With all of the money and fame
I still can't get my kids back
With all of the money and fame
I still don't get to see my children
All my niggas Nazis
Nigga, Heil Hitler."

Just listened to “Heil Hitler” by Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, 15 times in a row and realized there’s a real message behind the clickbait chorus.
