You don’t go from A to Z without going from A to B, B to C, C to D, etc.
Step by step, day by day, decision by decision.
Be patient but persistent. Stay committed. Progress is a process.

Mike Breen reveals he almost walked away from broadcasting in the mid-1980s to become a steamfitter because he wasn't making any money.
“I was thinking, ‘I can’t do this anymore. I’m not making any money. I had to borrow money from my parents to pay for my rent. I told my dad, the steam fitter, I was thinking of quitting. I said, ‘Why don’t you give me the application for the steam fitter union? Maybe I’ll do that and I’ll start making some money.’
He told me, ‘Didn’t you tell me you were going to give it five years before you decided whether or not you wanted to do this? It’s only been two-and-a-half, you’ve got to stick with it for a few more years.’ Because of that, I stuck with it.”

scouting and talent identification, athlete development and grassroots growth, as well as USA
Football's events portfolio.”
Flag football received a formal recommendation to become an NCAA sport.
If legislation is approved by three divisions in January, its first championship projected to be held in spring 2028.
NFL EVP Peter O’Reilly said the league is eyeing a late-spring or early-summer 2027 launch for its men’s and women’s pro flag football leagues 🏈

Growth requires that you get uncomfortable, that you be vulnerable, that you risk failure. Pursuing comfort may feel great today but it will ultimately hold you back from your potential.
Lean in, believe in yourself, do the work.
