I’ve always known this but #Physical100 emphasised how being ‘bigger’ doesn’t necessarily equal stronger, being slimmer doesn’t necessarily equal quicker, and being cut/toned doesn’t necessarily mean you have the most endurance. Also, mental toughness can really get you far.
