@MarvinREllison Make sure you stop by the Lowe's store on South Blvd in Charlotte. They and your office assisted me and the South End small business owners during the COVID-19 shutdown. I only had one set of tools for eight students learning how to repair bicycles for resale. Now we can't share.

@winnerspath That is wonderful. We were at @amtrak Raleigh yesterday looking up at the renovation. We began imagining empty warehouses turned into affordable apartment units! We also continued to notice the commercial presence on the first floor of existing apartment buildings!
