What are Fast- and Slow-Growing #Broilers?🐔
Fast-growing broilers are able to grow to slaughter weight (2.5kg) in 35 days. This means they put on at least 50g per day. In contrast, slow-growing broilers put on less than 50g a day, and are usually slaughtered around 60 days.

So how does in ovo #vaccination actually work?

The equipment pierces a small hole in the egg and injects the vaccine into the developing chick or the amniotic sac. The chick’s immune system reacts and the chick hatches with #immunity.
