Last fall, the Georgia Department of Education recognized eight HCS schools as John Hancock Award Schools and named 20 schools as 2024-2025 Literacy and Math Leaders. State School Superintendent Richard Woods visited HCS today to recognize school principals and present them with banners acknowledging their students’ exceptional performance.
