I’ve called @neimanmarcus three times to try to get a return label. They promise to send while on the phone, then I receive this. These are deceptive practices, and if not rectified, I will notify my credit card company to dispute the charges because you will not allow a return.

@BestBuy @BestBuySupport Hi there. I ordered a @Dyson air wrap in late August and all of the attachments to the base have gotten extremely loose/wobbly even with very little use. I am surprised that such an expensive product would show wear already. Please advise!
