Need my refund of 2 ticket for the faced harassment and  worst services offered by your employees.

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia Your manager was not at all cooperative. Post that I asked for my baggage and they took around 1.30 hour to return me my luggage. So here you guys unnecessarily wasting 1.30 hours of your customer & expecting them to wait however not bothered to wait

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia after that manager at booking counter was not bothered to support and simply left us by saying that you can book next flight @ 5 PM with full charges. Here note that it was a waste of my whole day i.e. from 7.20 AM to 5.00 PM.

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia for the layover time of 3 hours. 
The harassment was-  what was the point of calling and knowing the whereabouts then leaving the passengers even when they are confirming that they are nearby and will reach in 5 mins.  And there is 20 mins in departure.

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia and we were being harassed. your employees are not allowing the passengers to board even before 20 mins where in passenger is nearby and confirming that they will reach in 5 mins. Since I boarded flight from Mumbai hence was at delhi airport only

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia for boarding since I was near the gate no 47 hence told them that would come in 5 mins. And I reached at boarding gate at 7.20 AM (in 5 mins only) however these people have not allowed us to board the flight. Really it was very pathetic service
