@unusual_whales Great. So let’s confiscate all their money, give it to big government and let the corrupt politicians squander it on featherbedding schemes and worthless projects to curry political influence. Cue Cali high speed rail.
@ClayTravis Wow, this thing is headed to another level. Perhaps this will force the NCAA to deal with the absurdity of professional “student” athletes and the influence of big money on college sports, including Vegas, NIL money and TV contracts.
@BonifaceOption@JoelWBerry Are you kidding me? You want this leftie idiot Amy Acton as our next governor? Give it up pal, you’re not doing God’s work here.
@barstoolsports Of course they were bailed out. The alternative of losing game one to a MAC team was unacceptable and would have cost hundreds of millions in lost tv revenue and sunk NIL money. Not a surprise.
I don’t know why people are so surprised and upset. The powers that be can’t have a resurgent Michigan lose their first game to a MAC school. It’s unthinkable and would cost the system tens if not hundreds of millions in lost ad revenue and NIL money. Wouldn’t ever be allowed to happen.
