@Behvlnd I do believe the metro population includes populations of 4 counties containing the City of Sioux Falls. The actual city itself is close to 190,000 which I stated earlier but is irrelevant. I agree 1 in 6 should be should BIPOC. They hired 3 in 15 which exceeds the expected ratio

@Behvlnd You could be correct in assuming that. However, if you compare the percentages of new hires based on race to the percentages from the Census you would see these numbers are actually representative of what you would expect for the City.
