NEW: Border Collie in China with 1.5 million followers stolen, sold for $27 to a restaurant, and then eaten.

The dog's owner, a Chinese travel blogger named 'Guo,' documents his travels with his dog.

While he was away on an overseas trip, the dog disappeared while in the care of Guo's dad. Surveillance footage showed two people stealing the animal.

Guo was able to track down the thief and offered $1500 for the return of his dog, but was told the dog had been sold for $27 and eaten.

The thief says he thought the dog was a stray.

"The dog is dead, so stop making a fuss. I did not break the law," the man allegedly said.

🚨BREAKING: SPECIALIST DOCTOR SAYS HENRY NOWAK COULD HAVE LIVED IF NOT FOR POLICE

Dr Krzysztof Magier [@DrMagier] based in the Isle of Wight is a qualified Paediatric Care Lead and part of the 'Critical Care Network' with experience in combat medicine training and a specialized course in treating severe injuries (including gunshot and stab wounds) has analysed the footage and claimed the AGGRESSIVE Police intervention may have contributed towards Henry's death.

Dr Magier DISAGREES with the pathologist's and judge's opinion that Henry Nowak had ZERO chance of SURVIVAL.

As well as the claim that handcuffing him essentially changed NOTHING.

In fact he claims the REVERSE IS TRUE, there is a high likelihood that the police intervention CONTRIBUTED TO HENRY'S DEATH.

He analysed the autopsy report, which points to DAMAGE to the subclavian vein as the main source of BLEEDING.

In a healthy person, venous bleeding occurs under low pressure and often self-limits thanks to the NATURALLY FORMING CLOT, while simply approximating the wound edges and compressing the surrounding tissues closes the vein enough to slow or even stop the bleeding.

The body camera footage shows that when police arrived on the scene (likely 5-10 minutes after the injury), Henry was CONCIOUS ENOUGH to speak LOUDLY.

He was therefore NOT YET in a terminal state.

After his arms were twisted behind his back and handcuffed, the vein was most likely STRETCHED, the clot TORN, and BLEEDING DRAMATICALLY INTENSIFIED.

Within just about three minutes, he lost consciousness and DIED.

People with suspected internal injuries should NEVER be moved or yanked abruptly, such actions can destroy the natural clot and lead to massive internal hemorrhage.

Instead of immediately calling a medical rescue team and handing the patient over to paramedics, the police ARRESTED HIM.

If paramedics had arrived first on the scene, Henry’s chances of survival would have been MUCH HIGHER.

AS HIGH AS "50%"—writes Dr. Magier.

Paramedics could have quickly started an IV, administered fluids to increase circulating blood volume, and tranexamic acid to stabilize the clot, and if needed, performed needle decompression (inserting a large, long needle into the lung), because the issue wasn’t so much lack of lung function, but compression of the blood-filled lung on the heart and mediastinum, which blocks circulation.

Worse still, the incident took place just a few minutes' drive by car (2–3 minutes by ambulance with sirens) from Southampton University Hospital—a regional MAJOR TRAUMA CENTRE equipped with a full team of specialists, procedures, and equipment.

"I AM CONVINCED THAT IF HENRY HAD ARRIVED THERE ALIVE THE DOCTORS WOULD HAVE NOT LET HIM DIE"—writes Dr. Magier.

The aggressive police intervention, instead of saving a life, led to death through improper handling of a severely injured person, even though world-class care was just minutes away. "I fear the Judge and pathologist were too lenient toward the police"

Corrupt Robins Chief of police caught on camera that he forgot was recording not only violating rights but also in jaw dropping fashion breaking the law.

​This started when an independent transparency auditor/ journalist named James walked into a public clinic in Robbins, Illinois to exercise his first amendment rights to film in a public space and to legally file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

​Instead of accepting the paperwork, Acting Police Chief Carl Scott Sr. claimed FOIA requests couldn't be filed in person. When James refused to stop filming his public interaction, Chief Scott slapped him in cuffs and arrested him for disorderly conduct.

Once the judge saw the clip he threw out the case. Upon the end of the court case, James went to the Robins PD to file a formal complaint against the chief. The Chief came out saying his officer need James ID because they were going to cite him with a nuisance citation.

​When James stood on his FourthAmendment rights to not give his ID because he broke no laws, things turned ugly. James was dragged into the back interrogation room where the video even though it had no sound speaks for itself.

After the event in the interrogation room ​an investigation quickly opened up, the details got significantly worse. During the arrest, James's cell phone suddenly vanished. It was later revealed in court that Chief Scott had actually swiped the phone, walked outside the station, and dropped it straight down a city street sewer to destroy the footage. Investigators literally had to fish it out of the muck.

​Knowing the writing was on the wall, Mayor Darren Bryant moved to terminate the chief, but Scott resigned just before he could be officially fired.

​The legal hammer eventually dropped hard:

​Scott pleaded guilty to criminal misdemeanor battery.

​He was sentenced to two years of probation.

​The state officially revoked his law enforcement certificate, permanently banning him from ever working as a police officer again.

​You’d think a violent misconduct conviction and a permanent ban from policing would be the end of a public career. Instead, Scott pivoted to local politics and was elected to a 4-year term on the school board for Matteson Elementary School District 159, eventually rising to become the board's Vice President.

​When local news outlets finally obtained and aired the bodycam footage of Scott putting hands on a citizen, local parents were utterly furious. Packed, emotional school board meetings followed, with parents demanding his immediate resignation from a board tasked with protecting young children.

​Despite the intense community backlash, Scott dug his heels in. He openly refused to resign, claiming he had already "accepted accountability" via his probation and that his law enforcement background made him an asset.

​Because school boards have incredibly narrow legal avenues under Illinois law to forcibly remove an elected public official, their hands were tied. In a tense, split 4–3 vote, the board took the maximum legal action they could: they stripped him of his title as Vice President, but they could not kick him off the board entirely.

​To this day, a convicted former police chief banned from law enforcement still holds a seat on that school board.

He was tracked down, extradited from Romania, and held accountable.

The Daily Mail has now published details from sentencing that almost no one has reported.

As Henry Nowak — bleeding from five stab wounds — tried to climb a commercial rubbish bin and over a fence to escape, Vickrum Digwa filmed him.

And taunted him.

“You’re not going to get away with this big man.”

Henry landed on top of a parked car on the other side of the fence. Digwa walked round and took close-up photos of him lying on the ground.

A home security camera then captured what may be the most chilling exchange in this entire case.

Henry: “I am dying.”

Digwa: “You’re not dying bro.”

Ten minutes later, Henry said: “You stabbed me.”

Digwa replied: “No, I didn’t.”

In the ten minutes that followed the stabbing, Vickrum Digwa did not call an ambulance. He filmed Henry for a full five minutes instead.

That clip was deemed too disturbing to be played in court.

Stop and process what that means. A judge and a jury sat through video of Digwa describing his blade in “loving terms,” through bodycam of Henry being handcuffed as he died, through pathologist evidence of the eight-centimetre chest wound — and the only piece of footage the court ruled too disturbing to show was the five minutes Vickrum Digwa spent filming an 18-year-old as he bled to death on a Southampton pavement.

The judge said it in sentencing: “You continued to make films of Henry suffering, ignoring much of his desperation at having been stabbed. You told him that had not happened, no doubt to convince others who were nearby.”

The lie Digwa told the police did not begin when officers arrived. It began ten minutes earlier, in Henry’s face, as Henry told him he was dying.

This is what Hampshire Police walked into. This is the man they believed when they got there. This is what the court has now formally established took place between the stabbing and Henry’s death.

The five-minute video exists. Henry’s family knows what is on it. The court knows what is on it. The public does not.

It is too disturbing to be shown.

But not too disturbing to have been done to him.
