Worst customer service from @goibibo@GoibiboSupport . Spicejet cancelled my booked flight. So I requested for a refund from them. The status at spicejet showing money refunded but goibibo saying they didn't receive the money. Tickets getting closed without any resolution.
@GoibiboSupport This is depicting that I should never book from Goibibo in future as you guys just don't refund the amount, when there is no fault of mine here. More 15-20 days seriously???

I cancelled the tickets on 1st may, it's 27th may today still no refund. When contacting CC they are saying the usual script to wait more 7-14 days. Very very bad experience. Never book from @goibibo. They just want your money to be stuck with them and use it.
@reliancejio very bad customer service from you guys. I want to surrender my jio wifi connection. Mailed it 3 times, tries contacting through customer service contact number but no assistance. Only IVR options, unable to speak with any person.
Is it that you guys only contact customer for new connections and bill payments and vanish when customer has some problems ? I have stopped and disconnected your connection 25thApril and mailed you the same day evening. I will not be paying a single penny after that day rent.
Zero customer support from @zomato. Have my 3 refunds stuck since last month but no update. Can't connect to any human and chat is only giving stupid answers. Is this how Zomato is making profits by not giving customers refund back till customer forgets it @zomatocare

I don't know what Air Asia is doing.. Just rescheduling the flight ( preponed the flight by almost 12 hrs) and not giving any assistance. People have their plans too.. That's the reason they book flight at a specific time.
1-2 hrs early is still considerable but what is this 12hrs early departure. If you guys don't have the flight book our tickets with another service provider. Are you guys just after the money of customers and don't care about customers.
