ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਛੱਡੇ, ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪਛਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਖਰਾਬ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਦੀ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਤੇ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਹੱਲ ਕਰੇ।
