@DStrachman I have a lot more to unpack with this idea, but it seems like curiosity often has some hedonism built into it, and I think hedonism gets a bad rap. It’s all just tools that need to be used right.
Yes, cats are notorious for that. I once had one ride 15 miles home with me from my in-laws, then ride 5 miles to work the next morning, and I found it in the shop the next day. Didn’t realize it happened until it walked in hungry.
We trapped it in a skid loader cab because it tried to do it again.
@MattHintz3 There are about a dozen people that think I’m hard to get along with. They all fall into this category or are involved with them.

@space_plowboy90 I have a Schumacher dumb charger for 90% of jobs, and a microprocessor one that will make an effort to save one if you leave it on for a day or so.
@sam_soete If you have any understanding of vet science while taking care of large amounts of farm animals, you see subclinical stuff constantly, mostly when it gets pushed into view by other things. It’s amazing how may people don’t even realize it though.
@JerodMcDaniel Grazing off wheat and oats, planting warm season annuals, and utilizing cool season pasture is fantastic. Having marginal tillable acres that are actually sort of profitable to graze cows on isn’t something I thought I’d see in my lifetime five years ago.
