@Ayushi__Bhatt Find snacks that are filling and you can eat quickly! And unless someone is acutely dying don’t feel about taking 5 mins to use the bathroom, drink water and eat something. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel, and how much more you’ll learn.
Absolutely appalled by the @cityoftoronto for suspending 100 Sikh security guards with beards. They can get their jobs back if they shave their beard to wear a N95.
If the hospitals @UBCmedicine I am working at can accomodate me with my beard, I don't see why the city cannot.
Incredibly disappointed at this noncommittal response by @AmerUrological. Seems a reminder is needed that urologists DO provide sexual/reproductive health care. We can do better. Look forward to the revised statement. Involve @SWIUorg. #RoeVsWade
In 2022 #Passover, #Easter, and #Ramadan are all this week, a synchronicity occurring only every 33 years. This convergence marks an opportunity, while we fast, pray, and worship, to focus on our relationships.
The values we share unite us more than hate can divide us.
Hello, Ottawa.
Earlier today, many of us saw tweets about a situation at the Rideau Centre.
Recently, we learned the police operation is now over (though the investigation is ongoing).
While this is indeed welcome news, we'd like to take a moment to address something. (1/4)
Hot take: I don't want more sessions on being a woman or mother in med.
I want more about fathers in medicine & men supporting women in med.
How men, institutions, & society are helping unburden women. Not more on how to be woman who is "does it all".

I watched “Don’t Look Up” not knowing what it was about, but I definitely recommend it to my fellow lovers of the scientific method who are sick of being gaslit by the uneducated about the definition of research
All too well (10 minute version) (Taylor’s version) came on in the OR as we were closing and the race was on to see who’d finish first.
Taylor still won because I’m a struggling med student 🙈✌🏾
I had my first patient who died on the operating table yesterday. All the anticipation turned into focus turned into sorrow.
It hit me about 2 minutes after walking out of the OR.
I will never forget it.
During my drive to Stratford today for my last #emerg shift of my elective.
I met such lovely docs who guided me and gave me such good feedback. Looking forward to eventually doing an elective there!
