Just tried the recently introduced feature with @PRESTOcard on Google Wallet. Pretty nice, though I can only use it during my vacations in the GTHA since it doesn't work with my monthly pass on @OC_Transpo.

At least I can have both the physical and virtual card on my account...

I come back from a 5 day vacation in Toronto on the amazing TTC and GO Transit system to find that #OCTranspo has permanently closed most of what's left of the Transitway

@NeilTho46744230 @glengower @hydroottawa I don't think this was planned, there was definitely a problem with the power lines at Terry Fox. Lots of sparks coming out for a good 40 minutes at least. Firefighters just left, 1 hydro truck still sitting in the park and ride.

@lilvegan_ @Crowly20 @hydroottawa I am on Iris at Woodroffe and the power came back sometime yesterday before 6pm... Also seems fine at least up to the transitway, not sure how far down Iris got re-energized

@MsVBencze @CdnSportsGoTeam @hydroottawa My roommate texted me just before 6pm that power came back near Woodroffe/Iris. Traffic lights were out at Greenbank/Baseline though I did see buildings were lit up on Baseline going towards Baseline station on the 88 like an hour and a half ago

@BrilouCanada @OC_Transpo I heard from a bus operator tonight that there was a minor gas leak. The building was closed off but platforms on both sides could still be accessed from the outside via the accessibility ramps

There were a lot of things I did not like about the truckers/protest. Actually to be honest I didn't like any of it except for the noise.

@cmckenney @OC_Transpo OC Transpo has been doing a fantastic job, though I wish the buses and train made more noise (whether or not they are on a route impacted by LRT or other construction)

Police are not providing food, fuel or any other supplies to demonstrators.

There is a video circulating that shows officers bringing in boxes of food and supplies to other officers working at the demonstration.
