@aussievisionnet Am I crazy or have they started allowing pre-recorded vocals in backing tracks? That never used to be permitted. Every act has obvious non-live vocal elements.

@Telstra This is what I’m talking about. Obviously I have already done that. I didn’t get anywhere. There is not point calling them again - I need a senior CSR to look at this. Refer to the ticket for further - it’s just not good enough. I need it to be rectified, and I need compensation.
@Telstra It was an Apple Watch. The delay was because StarTrack refused to deliver it twice. That’s not the problem. I can’t get Telstra to help me arrange redelivery or even reply to emails. Chats always get “I’ll send this to the team” but I never hear back. It’s been a whole month.
