When Governor Evers shut down two shelters for homeless veterans, despite having the funds to keep them open, I authored the bills to put these funds to use and help Wisconsin's homeless military heroes.
The Legislature passed my plan, and now these funds are being used to house and support our veterans.
It does say a lot.
I started the day in Portage county meeting a Navy vet and his wife in their home.
We got him back $120,000 that he was owed by the VA.
Then headed to Wood County to a @VFWHQ to discussed the laws that I got passed to help them and the next generation of vets.
Then went to a political event before driving the 3 hrs home.
Why don’t you ask @RebeccaforWI why she still has not commented on the largest cluster of domestic terrorist attacks in her ENTIRE LIFETIME that started 13 days ago.
She thinks she is running for dog catcher, I am running to govern as a Federal Officer.
She is proving every day that she is absolutely unqualified for the job she says she wants.
@CitizenFreePres The reporter conveniently did not say the full text message. He left off the last word "inshaAllah", which, in Islamic culture means "God-willing". So, God-willing, the guy will successfully break the law and become a very rich 25 year old. Kind of newsworthy, don't you think?
@B1GVolleyball@PennStateVBALL@GoPSUsports Great match, but the neon pink and blue reflections from the scrolling video below the scorer's table made the broadcast quite difficult to watch. I suspect that playing is quite a distraction also.
🧵THREAD: GEORGE SOROS, THE MASTERMIND
Today's systems of NGOs isn't accidental - it was laid out in a vision 30 years ago by none other than George Soros.
I joined @MikeBenzCyber on a livestream last night, where he was kind enough to walk us through the basics.
As my bio says, I am just a tool builder. I am not a historian or academic. The information in this thread is common knowledge for many. It wasn't for me.
I want to walk you through an essay which Mike pointed me to- a chilling essay written in 1993 by George Soros, "Toward a New World Order: The Future of NATO"
@BrandonStraka I've been all over Wisconsin. There's always something to eat...and drink...before bar time. If you're at a place that has a large enough population for McD's, there are a half dozen taverns within 5-10 minutes with better food.
My name is Scarlett Johnson; I dreamed of getting my JD and PhD in Poli Sci. I wanted to work in public interest law & fight for the things that mattered…
Then, I had my firstborn child.
He became the love of my life and what mattered most.
I can honestly say I didn't know what selfless agape love was until the moment my son was laid upon my chest.
The five souls I brought into this world are five pieces of my heart walking around outside my body.
I tried to go back to school after I had my son because Modern women didn’t stay home and raise their babies, especially when both parents were working towards post-graduate degrees. We couldn't manage when Dad was a medical student, and all the years I had spent working on my education…could I walk away?
Turns out we could and did manage, and I happily walked away. The night Dad and I decided to trust God, a burden had been lifted, and I leaned into my vocation: motherhood.
Since my son was born, my life hasn't gone as planned. Do I regret those years when my vocation and calling was to be a full-time homemaker? Never.
Thank you, Harrison Butker, for honoring motherhood. I wish more folks with a microphone like yours…had your courage.
Reasons why we rarely wear jeans/suit pants:
1)The valve to adjust how an above knee prosthesis fits is located at the bottom of the socket close to where knees used to be. We have to adjust the fit almost every time we stand up from sitting more than 5 or 10 minutes
2) there are at least 8 exposed screws on each knee joint. They snag and rip any material that comes in contact with them.
3) In the summer especially, we sweat heavily in the sealed liners under our prosthetic legs. We have to sit down and take each leg off and dry it out. We can do that while keeping our shorts on if we need to do it in public. Otherwise, we’d have to drop long pants to do it.
4) Walking on prosthetics requires tricking the brain into believing something is there (a foot touching the ground) that it can’t feel or control. With our peripheral vision we get confirmation of our legs swinging and landing as we walk. Pants mask this tremendously and we fall.
5) Our legs free swing. There is no force helping propel the lower leg forward beyond swinging our hips. The weight and wind resistance of pants can cause our feet to swing short and make us stumble and fall much more often.
6) Lastly and most importantly, we wear shorts because we want to. If it bothers you, you probably needed more mommy and daddy time growing up, I’m really sorry you didn’t get it. But don’t blame @BrianMastFL and I. It’s not our fault.
Ep. 102 Che Guevara was executed in 1967 in a remote Bolivian village. One of the last people to speak to him alive was CIA officer Felix Rodriguez. Here’s his story.

What a fantastic few days in Las Vegas with some of Wisconsin’s best grassroots leaders! At the @tpaction#RestoringNationalConfidenceSummit, we were proud to host hundreds of county GOP chairs and activist leaders from all around the country, including 15 from the WI representing high-impact counties like Kenosha, Ozaukee, Brown, and Milwaukee.
There is not a likely path to the Presidency without winning Wisconsin. That’s why I’m so thankful to be part of such a special group that’s kicking things in gear like this! 🇺🇸 #letswin
