@bookmyshow Despite acknowledging the contradictory information, @bookmyshow refused a refund. I'm not challenging the 18+ policy; I'm questioning why customers should bear the consequences of contradictory information published on the booking page.

When I pointed out the contradiction, @bookmyshow acknowledged that the child-related clauses on the event page were "not applicable for this particular event." If they weren't applicable, why were they displayed on the booking page?
