And honestly if DNB Counselling was conducted the way it always was, this problem would have not occured.

Different states have really different rule
In Maharashtra Joined = Joined plus Retained.
And Maharashtra makes it compulsory for you to join if you want to be a part of further rounds.

@ProfSomashekhar Stand of mcc is very suspicious,till release of seat matrix for mop up evrything was ok then after mass mailing mcc released advisory on 16.03.22 about state joined candidates, then suddenly on 31.03.2021 in court MCC said do not allow state R2 joinees,#NEETPG2021 #noseatlapse

@ProfSomashekhar Please do something about this Sir, meritorious students are stuck in private colleges and compromised branches, while lower rankers will get the benefit of this chaos. What happened to merit?

Why can't the authorities read their own brochures about Counselling properly?

The best current evidence that entire system has failed is the #NEETPG2021 counseling process. Supreme Court, Legislative & Executive are all responsible. The MCCs which messed up should also be punished severely. A thorough investigation into it is needed to fix responsibility.
