@merrick_diana And that's how it was put to the jury. Because they believed she did other attacks (again with no evidence) then they were saying she was guilty just because she was there. Everything was circumstantial and they were never made to provide proof Letby actually did anything wrong.
@CorkyOnTour@CynicalBrit2023@MrHarryCole This is in reference to reports that the farmer first rang the different emergency number locals were given because of the base.
Nobody answered it.
@Christo38617504@whyyyy94@ContrarianJolly@adjosm146297@redrosesgrow That's not how the law is supposed to work. You're not supposed to need to prove your innocence. The prosecution are supposed to prove guilt. But without any proof that Letby did anything wrong, they convinced a jury of their fantasy conspiracy theories.

@Christo38617504@ContrarianJolly@adjosm146297@redrosesgrow Being present at her job didn't make her guilty. Mary Griffith was the primary nurse for baby L at the time. Letby was looking after other babies. Where is ANY evidence she harmed the baby? Being at work does not equal murderer.
@Christo38617504@ContrarianJolly@adjosm146297@redrosesgrow Again for you. That judgment notes immunoassay tests are not generically reliable without clinical context but found the results in that case consistent with the overall medical picture.
@SaraLockwood_x@88_jkk@LawHealthTech@DrSusanOliver1 How about Dr about Evans work? He told parents their child was bulimic and symptoms were behavioral. They demanded a second opinion. Second Dr ordered a CT scan and descovered a brain tumour.
shortly after the investigation commenced, Evans retired meaning he wasn't sanctioned.
@NavyTrainers@NHSStatistician@MartynPitman Lies.
Johnson asked Lee in the appeal application hearing.
Q. How many cases of air embolus have you personally seen?
A. Well, from recollection, about eight.
@VonPyotr Do you also blame her for the admin error of Dr Brearey
writing the haemoglobin drop before his injection of baby O when other, contemporaneous evidence showed it actually happened after his injection?
@Salamanca156@Jamesy113710@guyrowlanduk Imagine you'd just been falsly accused of murdering not one but multiple babies. So you'd just be just a calm happy go lucky person would you?
@RichardHor54460 It hasn't just become acceptable. Throughout the trial the prosecution were allowed to flippantly throw accusations against her, without any shred of evidence required.
@Christo38617504@woolley_ed61635@1classico That judgment notes immunoassay tests are not generically reliable without clinical context but found the results in that case consistent with the overall medical picture.
However, in the Letby case, the 14 other normal results prove it wasn't the overall medical picture.
@sergeantdixie@MartynPitman Dr Evans is not and was not any of those either. He was a general consultant paediatrician. Yet you and your friends worship his every opinion.
How about challenging what is said instead of the people saying it?
@DrSusanOliver1 If there's no evidence of an embolism, then how do you prove there ever was one? It should never have been allowed in a murder trial without proof.
@NickBarberX Am I reading that right? So Evans and Hindmarsh can make up ridiculous theories on the fly, without evidence, in a muder trial, where the prosecution is supposed to prove guilt. But Evans needs Ferguson to be published?
