No one has ever produced any evidence to counter both his & the Police’s account.

Letby wasn’t a suspect when he did his screening. She became a suspect when she was the only one at every scene. It’s that simple.

Her presence was never a factor in an incident being suspicious because Evans had no idea who she was. Once the suspicious incidents were identified the shifts were checked & she was the only one always there. The chart shows that.

If this was a trained officer I’d agree. But she wasn’t. She is now a fully trained AFO so I’m sure she knows exactly what she is doing.

@JamesGl16945567 @MargotDA33 The paper was a small part of the diagnosis. Lee had no idea of this because he hadn’t seen any of the trial evidence so his evidence was rejected by the CoA.

What point is there debating with someone who makes untrue statements?

@sherlock_comms I think it was a naive but well meaning policy that simply wasn’t thought through. But senior officers are paid to think through these things. As always the front line gets it in the neck.

BTW, no expert witness can declare there were or were not murders because it is outside their competence.
