This season we’re trying to provide a bit of insight into how we juggle a multi-disciplinary squad of athletes - some at college/ some at work by providing the benefits and challenges of working with such a wide range of athletes.

@Nittaz I think you’re spot on Nitta, I managed to keep it going the days of just having Fry and Lewis but as they got better, event demands shifted and I got older I shifted to holding a watch and joining on mid week or Sunday runs
