"...made me feel that this tool was having a bigger impact on the company than you’d expect. It’s not something I would want to leave to chance."

GovGPT is an initiative to bring ChatGPT internal, more confidential, cost efficient and ingest internal data.
This week's AI RiskStorming session had the team sit togeter to identify risks, mitigation strategies and... potentially larger problems with the initiative.
@ministryoftest An introduction to @RiskStorming tomorrow with a lot of different relations from different backgrounds. With @TestSphere on the table their will be a lot of interaction and exchange of ideas. And they take the cards with them as a gift and we hope they are going to use them.
@Gem_Hill @ministryoftest Just did a hybrid @RiskStorming (most on site, one online) session with my team.
A lot of new insights, people got to know each others opinions and together made a priority. A starting point for making product risks an start for our (testing) strategy.

@DJGummikuh @Maaikees Thanks. I suspect there's more to your strategy for testing and quality than 'moving tickets', but twitter is limited.
RiskStorming tries to battle the shallowness of such testing, though.
Have your tester check it out if there's interest.
@Gem_Hill @TestSphere I appreciate there's many ways of adapting RiskStorming towards your teams needs. 😄
Do you feel this is a good first step to get these conversations going and then build up to a more comprehensive approach? Or does it already give sufficient information?
@DJGummikuh @Maaikees This also sounds like an example where prevention would've been better. 😅
What kind of inputs does your tester base themselves on for testing?
@Gem_Hill RiskStormingOnline will get an additional deck of cards (hopefully soon) which is more targetted on a holistic way of dealing with risks than the @TestSphere cards. Would be interested in feedback!
Had a great time yesterday in 🇧🇪 Leuven at @AE_NV on their #aereconnect festival. Superb organised, inspiring talks (fe @JimmyJanlen and @StevenVBe ) ,good energy at the @RiskStorming workshop we were happy to deliver and Scrumrock as final touch. It was a nice (road) trip!
