@ATLsupremacist@richsullivan Different states have different norms as far as earnest money/due diligence. GA is very buyer friendly, you can cancel during due diligence and suffer no financial penalty. Other states like NC have non-refundable earnest money which makes buyers less likely to terminate.
@janecoaston $9000 seems like not enough for 3 weeks of vacation?! I doubt someone sending their kids to a $45k/yr private school is spending that little on vacation.
@atlurbanist They really do need to paint this bike lane. People turn from Glenwood onto Cherokee and directly into the bike like CONSTANTLY. It isn't well marked, I don't think there's any signage at all.
@dieworkwear Atlantas where it's at. We live in a walkable neighborhood that feels like Mayberry. It's getting more expensive but it's still a bargain compared to other cities. For menswear you've got Guilty Party, Factors, Sid Mashburn, and Blue in Green.
@atlurbanist I noticed this so much when I traveled to international cities where there are significantly more EVs on the road/buses and trucks are EVs. Gasoline engines are way noisier than we give them credit for because we're used to them!
@mortgagetruth@mikesimonsen Correct. Those sites treat a listing as new if it's been off the MLS for 31 days. It is crazy how much getting that "new listing" nudge in people's feeds drives showings.
@mortgagetruth@mikesimonsen This is why every agent I know pulls and re-lists after 31 days. Hoping to get new eyeballs on the listing and for the listing to be top of the pile. It seems dumb it works so agents will keep doing it.
