My 4 year old is stuck in my hometown in Assam and i am in Bangalore. It is a very difficult situation to be in as I am not sure when will i get to see my son again. @airindiain I have following up on this for so long. How do i get my refund when there is no other way to reach your customer care for refund process. Or this is a matter to put up before consumer court.

@airindiain I have been waiting for this refund from past 4 weeks. Wrote an email to air india customer care and ecommerce @airindia.in but no response till now. Please update the status for the following asap:

Can't reach any customer care and the counter lady lied to my face saying that i will receive my refund within 14 working days. What about my refund and where am i gonna ask about it as it's been a month already. My Booking Id: NF28149274898980.

@makemytripcare I have booked a flight from Guwahati to Bangalore for 8th June through MakeMyTrip on 22nd May. Received the attached message from Air Asia that the flight has been cancelled for operational reasons on 30th.

Since then i am trying to reach both MakeMyTrip and Air Asia, even visited the Air Asia counter in bangalore airport. But to my dismay, everything turned out to be fruitless.

@deepolice12 Sir i have my flight from Guwahati to Bangalore on 8th June along with my Nephew and Mother. I stay in Rajarajeshwari Nagar whereas my sister stays in Whitefield. For home quarantine, will i be able to provide 2 addresses?
