'Southern states will get fewer seats after census': Ranganathan's blunt delimitation explainer

Anand Ranganathan delivers the clearest mathematical explainer of the delimitation arguing that the southern states are not being punished but are actually gaining seats under the current 50% pro-rata increase. He points out that in the last 60-70 years, northern states have seen a 3.1% drop in seat share versus 1.2% for southern states and that a proper census-based delimitation would give Tamil Nadu 50 seats, not 60.
