URGENT : Adivasis- Mumbai’s indigenous people are being wrongly displaced from their Padas inside SGNP, their houses are being DEMOLISHED.

Tried visiting the padas with @AAPMumbai leaders, to move court. Situation is chaotic.

SGNP has been barricaded, water supply and electricity has been disconnected, Public transport has been suspended.

This is in gross violation of the Forest rights act 2006 and against the principles of natural justice. Adivasis are Mumbai’s original inhabitants and not encroachers. This must STOP!

The Aam Aadmi Party has filed a complaint with the SEC on the blatantly wrong ad being run by Eknath Shinde Shiv Sena.
The ad firstly falsely claims that the INR 1500 that women are getting from the Ladki Bahin Scheme is being given by Eknath Shinde. This is taxpayers money given by the Govt of Maharashtra.
Secondly it attempts to bribe the voters by saying that it is Eknath Shinde Shiv Sena that's giving the money.
Third there is a kind of concealed threat that if Eknath Shinde doesn't come into power back again this money will be discontinued.
This flagrantly violates all the norms of the model code of conduct, as well as basic decency and honesty.
Why is the SEC silent?

'आप'कडून उमेदवारांची दुसरी यादी जाहीर; भाजप, काँग्रेस, २ शिवसेना आणि २ राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस यांची एकही यादी ठरत नसताना, 'आप'चे उमेदवार मात्र मैदानात उतरले.

आम आदमी पार्टीने आज आपल्या १५ उमेदवारांची दुसरी यादी जाहीर केली. यामुळे आता एकूण उमेदवारांची संख्या ३६ /२२७ झाली आहे.

"दोन भाऊ एकत्र आले आहेत, याचा आम्हाला आनंदच आहे. पण आज आपण फक्त उद्धव ठाकरे, राज ठाकरे आणि भाजपचे आशिष शेलार यांना एकमेकांवर टीकास्त्र सोडताना (आरोप-प्रत्यारोप करताना) पाहिले आहे. काँग्रेस मात्र नेहमीप्रमाणेच चित्रातून गायब (Missing in Action) आहे. वस्तुस्थिती अशी आहे की, हे सर्व विद्यमान पक्ष 'जैसे थे' (Status Quo) परिस्थितीचे लाभार्थी आहेत आणि त्यांनी सत्ताधारी असो किंवा विरोधात असूनही भ्रष्टाचारात सामील होऊन बीएमसीची लूट केली आहे.

या पक्षांकडे दाखवण्यासाठी काहीही काम नाही, म्हणूनच ते एकमेकांवर चिखलफेक करून मुख्य मुद्द्यांपासून लोकांचे लक्ष विचलित करण्याचे डावपेच वापरत आहेत. यापैकी कोणत्याही पक्षाला उमेदवारांची एकही यादी निश्चित करता आलेली नाही, तर दुसरीकडे आम आदमी पार्टी मात्र आमचे नेते @ArvindKejriwal यांच्या 'कामाच्या राजकारणा'सह (काम की राजनीती) प्रत्यक्ष मैदानात उतरली आहे आणि आम्ही आतापर्यंत २ याद्या जाहीरही केल्या आहेत," असे प्रतिपादन आम आदमी पार्टीच्या मुंबई अध्यक्षा @PreetiSMenon यांनी केले.

राज आणि उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या एकत्र येण्यावर 'आप'ची प्रतिक्रिया: 'आप' व्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणत्याही पक्षाने अद्याप आपल्या उमेदवारांची यादी जाहीर केलेली नाही. सत्ताधारी असो व विरोधी, सर्वच प्रस्थापित पक्षांनी बीएमसी (मुंबई महानगरपालिका) लुटली आहे. 'आप'ने प्रत्यक्ष निवडणुकीच्या मैदानात उतरून कामाला सुरुवात केली असून, त्यांच्या उमेदवारांना जनतेचा प्रचंड पाठिंबा मिळत आहे.
