@royalsundaram been calling since morning to renew my car insurance. Every time getting same reply “someone will connect with you soon to get it done”. Day is over still waiting. Can we really afford to lose client this way?

@airindia @campbellwilson This is extremely disappointing. I booked 2 domestic tickets on 30 May ‘25 and cancelled them within 24 hours, well before the 7-day cutoff—so I’m eligible for a refund. Your call centre miss guide and till now I have not received my refund.
