@Ady48683409@RobManser@theJeremyVine@SimonW80 Ady, sorry to hear about your PTSD and lack of hygiene but you clearly have no concept of how little water families in rural Africa, who do not have access to water from a tap, use. I’ve seen families of 4 or 5 use less than 10l a day, so pretty certain you use more!
@Ady48683409@RobManser@theJeremyVine@SimonW80 I’ll bet you still do. Every time you flush your loo, you’ll use between 3-14l depending on the size and flushing mechanism. Your shower will use between 8-13l/ minute whereas in rural Africa, homes don’t have any running water and they either collect it from a well/ river

@MarcopoloLondon I generally don’t advise clients to buy new builds as you pay a huge premium for them and the typically struggle to hold their value but ultimately it’s the clients decision
@MarcopoloLondon I don’t have the stats to hand, I’m sure @HenryPryor will, but I don’t think there are significantly more empty properties based on what I’ve seen. The biggest contributor to empty apartments is the lack of students coming to London to study. The rental market has really suffered
